29 CFR 1910.23(d)(1)(iv): On stairways more than 44 inches wide but less than 88 inches wide, one handrail on each enclosed side and one stair railing on each open side.    673 FSS, Bldg 7301, Outdoor Recreation Equipment, Mezzanine Storage:  On or about 12 December 2013 and times prior thereto the stairway measuring 48 inches in width did not have a handrail on each enclosed side. This condition exposed employees to a nine (9) foot fall hazard.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace.    673 FSS, Bldg. 7301, Outdoor Recreation Equipment:  On or about 12 December 2012 and times prior thereto, No MSDS were available on Krylon Brand black aerosol spray paint.  This condition exposed employees to contact with toxic, caustic or noxious substances.
