29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein:    a) Within the spa pump room, solutions of Sodium Hypochlorite and Hydrochloric Acid are incrementally fed to the spa tub of the LA Fitness club in North Brunswick via an automated system which monitors pH and sanitizer levels.  Metered chlorine and acid additions are from separate white plastic feed vats connected to the system via siphon hose.  One of the vats containing Hypochlorite had no label as to its contents or the chemical hazard(s) whatsoever.  The acid vat label read only "ACID",  and did not bear any warning as to the corrosive hazard associated with HCl; such as by words, pictures and/or symbols.    Condition(s) were noted on or about 12/19/2013.

Those voluntary user(s) of respirators were not offered a medical evaluation for determining there suitability for wearing such respiratory protection; nor were written guideline developed for cleaning, storage & maintenance of the respirators.     Condition(s) were noted on or about 12/20/2013.    American Pool Management was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1910.134(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314679317, citation number 1, item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on 9/22/2011, with respect to a workplace located at Clifton NJ.
