29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: (a) On or about January 2, 2014, the employer did not have the electrical circuit breaker sub-panels marked, which were located in the tool room and Bay 5, exposing employees to electrical hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
