29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:       (a)   Big Sky Collision Center: On or about December 17, 2013 and at times prior, employees were exposed to potential respiratory hazards when required to wear respirators such as but not limited to a 3M 6200 half-face respirator with HEPA filters, without an active or effective program in place to address the following provisions:       a.     The employees had not been medically evaluated to wear a respirator.    b.     The employees had not been yearly fit tested on the tight fitting respirators.     c.     Correct procedures for storage and handling of respirators were not followed.
