29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):  Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system; or, on roofs 50 feet (15.25 m) or less in width, the use of a safety monitoring system alone:      a. At the site located on, 8103 International Dr., Orlando, FL, employees performing roof work on a commercial structure, 14.5-ft above the ground level, without fall protection, was observed, on or about, 01/15/2014.     Robert Binns Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316494707, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 06/16/2012, with respect to a workplace located at Lakeland, FL.    Robert Binns Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315361618, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 03/14/2011, with respect to a workplace located at Winter Heaven, FL.

At the site located on, 8103 International Dr., Orlando, FL, employees performing roof work, 14.5-ft above the ground level, were accessing the roof area with the use of a ladder that did not extend to the required length, on or about, 01/15/2014.
