29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. a) On February 6, 2014, at the Father Duenas Memorial School Chapel and Tower project, the yellow with black stripe extension cord used to extend power to the hand tools did not have strain relief, and its insulation was separated from the outer sheathing.
