In three places, this path went through wall openings. The height of those openings were 58 inches or less and employees could walk right into the wall if there was an emergency and they had to exit the building. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

Electrical equipment and an extension cord were plugged into each receptacle on the box. A circular "knock-out" opening was not covered. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
