29 CFR 1910.244(a)(2)(iii): Loads were not cribbed, blocked or otherwise secured immediately after being raised with a jack:    a) On or about February 18, 2014, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when lifting automobiles and trucks with hydraulic jacks. Jack stands were not used to support the load of the vehicles after being raised by the jacks.      Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
