The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. For the purposes of this inspection, the employer was determined to be the controlling employer of the jobsite. The employer is being cited under OSHA's Multi-Employer Workplace Policy.
