29 CFR 1910.254(d)(8): Welding cables with splices within 10 feet (3 m) of the holder were used:  At the time of the inspection, the cable lead for the plasma cutter was repaired with a splice within 10 feet of the holder. Damaged cables shall be replaced and not repaired as required by 1910.254(d)(9)(iii).  Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citations

29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate.  At the time of the inspection, the mezzanine above the managers office and break room was used to store materials and no weight limit was posted.
