29 CFR 1910.252(c)(1)(iv): The employer did not include the potentially hazardous materials employed in fluxes, coatings, coverings, and filler metals, all of which are potentially used in welding and cutting, or are released to the atmosphere during welding and cutting, in the program established to comply with the Hazard Communication Standard. The employer did not train employees in accordance with the provisions of � 1910.1200, and potentially hazardous materials included but not be limited to Fluorine compounds; Zinc; Beryllium; Cadmium; Mercury; Cleaning Compounds and Cutting Stainless Steel. On or about March 11, 2014, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not include potentially hazardous materials employed by welders that can become airborne while welding and/or cutting as part of the hazardous communication program, and did not train employees in accordance to provisions of 1910.1200 section (c)(5) through (c)(12). This condition exposed employees to health hazards.
