29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: On or about March 13, 2014 Siemens model M3040B1200 208/120 Volt breaker panel had a sink 9 inches in front of it preventing the door from completely opening. The panel was located in the company trailer and exposed employees to an electrical hazard.
