29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:    (a)Soto Roofing Co. at  4902 W. 29th St. Bldgs 12 and 13, Greeley, CO. 80634:  On or before March 21, 2014 the employer did not ensure the employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in roofing operations on a roof with a 6 in 12 pitch without the use of fall protection.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of up to at least approximately 20 feet.    Soto Roofing was previously cited for a repeat violation of is occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314657958, citation number 1, item 1, issued July 21, 2010 and became a final order on August 9, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 5121 W. 10th St., Greeley, CO 80634.
