29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level in accordance with paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section: a)751 Kearny Ave., Kearny, NJ:The employer allowed his employee to work on a pump jack scaffold in excess of ten feet to the ground below with no fall protection in place, i.e. guardrail system, exposing employee to fall hazards.       Violation occurred on or about 3/22/14.

Violation occurred on or about 3/22/14.
