29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a. On or about April 1, 2014, on the south side of the structure, three employees building a frame structure for a condominium complex were not protected from a 9 feet 1 inch fall hazard by the use of a personal fall arrest system.
