29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  In the maintenance area, equipment is missing point of operation, exposing employees to an amputation and caught in hazard in the following instances:  1)  Jet Drill Press missing point of operation guarding for the spindle and chuck.  2)  Jet Drill/Mill is missing point of operation guarding for the spindle and chuck.  3)  Web-bilt Horizontal Band Saw was missing guarding on the unused portion of the blade on the left and right side of the point of operation.
