29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures:    a) Heat Treat Area, Transformer 105 - On or about April 4, 2014, and times prior to, during the heat treat process, moisture or water could enter Heat Treat Control Panel #1 and Heat Treat Control Panel #2 due to the panel doors being maintained in an open position, exposing employees to an electrical hazard.
