29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone:  a) Production Area at 440 Duvall Road, Chatsworth, Ga.: The employer failed to protect employees from a portion of the Laminator by providing the employees with a special tool, which would ensure that employees were protected from point of operation and rotating parts.  The employees were engaged in the cleaning process of a energized Laminator machine.
