Allen Co. 6 head drill press were not guarded.  Employees were exposed to the hazard of being caught by the rotating chucks and saws.       e.      On or about April 15, 2014 and prior thereto, the back of the Accurshear was not guarded, exposing employee to the hazard of contacting the moving blade or being struck by parts falling out of the back of the shear.
