29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: At the worksite located on the Southside of 418 South Tucker Boulevard, Saint Louis, Missouri 63102, an employee was observed installing a sign from a mobile aerial lift without wearing a body belt with a lanyard attached. The fall distance from the lift to the ground was approximately 20 feet.
