29 CFR 1926.251(d)(7): Natural and synthetic-fiber rope slings did not have permanently affixed and legible identification markings that stated the rated capacity, type of fiber material, and the number of legs if more than one.  On or about April 29, 2014, the employer did not ensure natural and synthetic rope slings had permanently affixed and legible identification tags that stated the rated capacity.  This condition exposes employees to struck-by hazards.
