29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.                             This violation occurred on or about May 6, 2014, and at times prior thereto, when employees were working on an unprotected ledge approximately 12 feet off of the ground.         Alvaro Munoz was previously cited for a violation of the occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard,which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314176470, Citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed a final order on July 1, 2010 with respect to a workplace located at the corner of Chad Drive and Shiloh Road in Tyler, Texas 75703.      Alvaro Munoz was previously cited for a violation of the occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 3121182819, Citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed a final order on February 4, 2009 with respect to a workplace located at 3909 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX 75204.
