29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): Place(s) of employment were not kept clean:       a)  Pack Saw Dock Area, on or about 5/21/14: Explosive Wood Dust (Class II) was observed all around the conveyor for the Pack Saw.              McIntosh Box & Pallet Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315850222, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 4, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 741 State Route 49, Bernhards Bay, NY 13028.
