29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: On May 22, 2014 at the jobsite located at or near 5261 Antioch Rd, in Kansas City MO, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard in that the employee was working in area where there was a possible head injury from impact and was not protected by protective helmet.
