29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(i): Adequate precautions were not taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors from sources such as open flames; lightning; smoking; cutting and welding; hot surfaces; frictional heat; static, electrical, and mechanical sparks; spontaneous ignition, including heat-producing chemical reactions; and radiant heat:  (a) On or about May 20, 2014 the inspection revealed that employees were potentially exposed to serious injury from a 55 gallon drum of regular gasoline that was not grounded to control static electricity. The drum was located in the fire cache outdoor storage area at the Redmond Air Center, 1740 SE Ochoco Way in Redmond, Oregon.

29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(viii): Circuit breakers used as switches in 120-volt and 277-volt, fluorescent lighting circuits were not listed and marked "SWD."  (a) On or about May 20, 2014 the inspection revealed that circuit breakers used as light switches were not appropriately listed and marked. The switches were located near the entrance door of the overflow warehouse at the Redmond Air Center, at 1740 SE Ochoco Way in Redmond, Oregon.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): Workplace labeling. Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer shall ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked with either:  (a) On or about May 20, 2014 the inspection revealed a barrel of used oil that was not labeled to indicate the contents. The barrel was located outside the saw shed at the Redmond Air Center at 1740 SE Ochoco Way in Redmond, Oregon.   (b) On or about May 20, 2014 the inspection revealed a barrel with a mixture of used oil and fuel that was not labeled to indicate the contents. The barrel was located at the fire cache outdoor storage area at the Redmond Air Center at 1740 SE Ochoco Way in Redmond, Oregon.
