Linden NJ  site - Maintenance Shop Bay.  East Wall: "Atlas Copco" Air Compressor Equipped with Ingersoll Rand Motor.  Pulleys approximately 8" and  24" in diameter,  located approximately 2 feet from the floor and V belt driven, creating in-running nip points were not fully enclosed to prevent accidental contact during operation.      Observed on or about 5/28/2014.
