29 CFR 1926.600(a)(3)(ii): Equipment parked on inclines did not have the wheels chocked and the parking brake set: a) Jobsite, at or near 409 Fort Cherry Road, Hickory, PA: On or about May 29, during site clearing operations for an oil and gas site, the employer did not ensure that the parking brake was set and the wheels were chocked when the Hydro-Ax L-12 brush cutting unit was parked on an incline to perform head changes.
