29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:     a) Residential Roof: On or about May 30, 2014, and at times prior, a worker was exposed to struck-by hazards when he did not wear a hard hat while on the first story roof while workers on the second story tossed roofing material down to his location. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was each employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) Residential roof: On or about May 30, 2014, and at times prior, four workers without fall protection were exposed to falling approximately 8.5 feet to ground level.
