29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    (a) Roof, new residential construction located at 1556 Roswell Street, Smyrna, GA 30080: Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 29-feet to the ground below while engaged in roofing activities on a 6/12 pitched roof with no fall protection system in place.      Martin Hernandez-Morales was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312779218, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/14/2010, with respect to a workplace located at Park Brooke Circle (Lot 73), Marietta, GA 30008.
