29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1)(iii) Electrical insulation. The employer shall ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. Safety of equipment shall be determined on the basis of the following considerations: On or about June 14, 2014 at the jobsite employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards when the employer allowed flexible cords to be placed across the worksite in an unguarded manner.
