29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed:  Cutting Department:  Employees were exposed to potential fire hazards and electric shock hazards while operating the following equipment where pre-punched knockouts were missing or partially punched, in an environment where wood dust is present:      a)   Radial arm saw (Saw #5) where a knockout was missing on the electrical box for the anti-restart device,     b)  Table saw (TS-3) where a knockout on the back of the hanging electrical box was partially pushed in,      c)  Overarm router (POR-22) where a knockout on the side of the hanging electrical box was partially pushed in.
