Location:  Jobsite      On July 1, 2014, Respondent failed to adequately train its employees, including its foreman, as to the safety requirements related to excavation operations.

29 CFR 1926.651(i)(1): Where the stability of adjoining buildings, walls, or other structures was endangered by excavation operations, support systems such as shoring, bracing or underpinning was not provided to ensure the stability of such structures for the protection of employees.  Jobsite:  Adjacent to ladder used to access the trench  A section of curb had been undercut, thereby exposing employees to a struck-by hazard.
