29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1): Operators were not trained in the safe operation of powered industrial trucks, and as referenced by the note contained in 29 CFR 1926.602(d). On or about April 29, 2014, and times prior thereto, an employee who was operating a JLG forklift had not been trained in the safe operation of the forklift, exposing the employee to struck-by and/or caught-between hazards.
