29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboard: a) Metropolitan Theatres at 406 E. Hopkins Ave., Aspen, CO 81611: On or about July 2, 2014, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falling when standing on an elevated platform in the front lobby to change out signs and the marquee. Condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of up to 9 feet.
