29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:       a) Lot 7, Block 136.17 (Wisnewski Rd.), Sayreville, NJ:  Employee was observed utilizing electric and pneumatic powered tools, including but not limited to a Makita circular, during sheathing operations without the use of eye or face protection.     Condition observed on/or about July 3, 2014.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:       a) Lot 7, Block 136.17 (Wisnewski Rd.), Sayreville, NJ: Employees were observed performing sheathing operations at a height of approximately 20' to the ground below from the roof eave with no fall protection in place, exposing them to fall hazards.      Condition observed on or about July 3, 2014.
