29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   a)  Building 2000, Eastampton Place, Woodlane Road, Eastampton, NJ: On or about March 3, 2017 two Exclusive Carpentry Corp employees were installing roof sheathing on a three story multi-family residential apartment building.  The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 30 feet to the ground below.    Exclusive Carpentry Corp was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1140391, citation number 01, item number 02, and was affirmed as a final order on 07/08/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 12 Division Avenue, Surf City, NJ.   Exclusive Carpentry Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1045992, citation number 01, item number 03 A, and was affirmed as a final order on 05/05/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 110 Ashley Avenue, Lakewood, NJ.
