29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system:  On 7/7/14, two employees setting purlins on a pole barn were standing, walking and kneeling on the trusses and purlins without any form of fall protection.
