29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary.  a) Brookshire Development, Lot 9 - on or about April 16, 2014, two workers were installing siding while utilizing a pump jack scaffold which was only secured to the structure at its top, allowing for the vertical poles to shift out of plumb.
