29 CFR 1926.502(b)(2): Midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, or equivalent intermediate structure members were not installed between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking/working surface when there was no wall or parapet wall at least 21 inches (53 cm) high:   a) On or about 7/24/14, at the third floor; building 41 area of the site, Amherst, NY. Midrails  were not installed in the balcony, where two employees were exposed to fall of 20 feet.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:   a) On or about 7/24/14, at building 41 area of the site, Amherst, NY. The stairways, from the first floor to the third floor with two 14 step risers and a landing platform, lacked the handrail(s).   NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
