29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a) 6419 Hwy 308, Lockport, LA; On or about 7/30/14, the employer allowed employees to work and travel near uncapped rebar. The unprotected vertical height of the rebar was 30 inches above the ground.
