29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   (a)  On or about July 29, 2014, an employee was exposed to falls of approximately 9 feet, while conducting re-roofing activities, on a 5/12 pitch roof, located at 6315 Crane Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD.
