29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems: a. At 112 Woodruff Terrace, on or about 7/30/14: Employees performing roofing work were not wearing personal fall arrest systems, nor were they protected by any other type of fall protection. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
