29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  Carpentry Shop:  On, or about, August 7, 2014, a Genie shop vac labeled for residential use was used to catch the waste material generated from the Rockwell table saw.  Also, the wood chips and dust that was present in the shop vac collection container was determined to be a Class II combustible dust.  The owners manual for the unit stated that it was not designed to clean up flammable or explosive materials.
