29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:    a) 236 Benjamin Avenue, Iselin, NJ 08830: Employees were observed performing ground clean-up operations, with overhead roofing work being performed, without a protective helmet, exposing him to struck-by hazards.      Condition observed on or about August 8, 2014.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:       a) 236 Benjamin Avenue, Iselin, NJ 08830: Employees were observed performing roofing operations at a height of approximately 24 feet to the ground from the peak and 10 feet from the eave with no fall protection in place, exposing him to fall hazards.      Condition observed on or about August 8, 2014.
