29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest. a. 3024 Airport Blvd. Mobile, AL 36606: On August 13, 2014 and times prior to the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that fall protection was not provided to employees while roofing.
