29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:    a) At the Zerbe Township Wastewater Treatment Facility, SR 225 & Susquehanna St., Trevorton, PA 17881:  The area surrounding the 30 foot portable extension ladder used to access the wastewater tank was not kept clear of form and scrap lumber or any other debris exposing employees to hazards such as struck-by on or about August 26, 2014.    Abatement certification required.
