29 CFR 1926.451(c)(1)(i): Guys, ties, and braces were not installed at locations where horixontal members support both inner and outer legs. (a) At the CVS Pharmacy where exterior demolition was being performed the erected scaffold did not have cross braces installed on each support section exposing the employee to a 11-foot fall hazard, on or about August 29, 2014.
