29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one half hour.  On or about August 8, 2014 and at times prior to employees working in and near the receiving bay were exposed to fire and explosion hazards by the improper storage of oxygen and acetylene  bottles along the back wall without the required barrier or minimum separation distance.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Where wet processes were used, drainage was not maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places were not provided when practicable.  On or about August 28, 2014 and at times prior to employees were exposed to slip hazards at the chemical storage area in the back of main bldg. shop.  Barrels of cooling and lubricant oils for machines have leaks and spills being contained by oil dry without any secondary containment preventing liquids from spilling out into the employee walkways.
