29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):     (a)Potosino Construction at 6856 Ranier Rd., Timnath, CO 80547:  On and before August 30th, 2014, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falling when framing a wall, laid flat on the floor, over an open stairway hole to the basement.  The condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet.    Potosino Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent, 29 CFR 501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 947816, citation number 1, item 1, issued November 27, 2013 and became a final order on March 5, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3550 Tailfeather Way, Castle Rock, CO 80108.
