29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: On or about 9/3/2014, in the raccoon enclosure, the employer allowed employees to clean up raccoon feces without ensuring that the necessary protective equipment such as rubber boots and gloves were used to prevent potential exposure to raccoon roundworms.
